Leader: Associate Professor Magdalena FRĄC, DSc
In our research we use techniques and methods based on tools of:
- microbiology (microbial diagnostics, phenotype microarrays)
- molecular biology (PCR, qPCR, RT-PCR, sequencing, DNA fragments analysis)
- biochemistry (enzymology, colorimetry, fluorimetry)
- biometric (morphology and topology of the aboveground parts and roots of plants, color analysis)
- biophysics (chlorophyll fluorescence, spectral characteristics of leaves)
- agrophysics (infiltration, wettability, pore size distribution of soil)
